NaProTECHNOLOGY®, which stands for “Natural, Procreative, Technology," monitors the abnormal signs in a woman or man's body to help diagnose other reproductive health problems or dysfunctions that could go unnoticed if not properly monitored. Specifically, it is the specialized medical approach associated with the Creighton Model's standardized charting.
Using a woman's monthly charting of her own menstrual cycle, trained NaPro medical consultants offer restorative medical evaluation and cooperative medical treatment that targets the root cause of any existing, underlying illness. The chart is the initial diagnostic tool in evaluating infertility. To gain the greatest benefit from the full system, it is essential that a woman chart her menstrual cycles for approximately two months.
You can rest assured that this will not be a bandaid fix that masks the symptoms. NaProTECHNOLOGY® medical consultants work hand-in-hand with FertilityCare practitioners to find real, effective solutions for your specific needs. I will work with you to teach you how to monitor and evaluate your own cycles. Together, we will work with your NaPro-trained doctor to find you high-quality and relevant natural solutions.

Natural Solutions for Infertility
Hope for those struggling to conceive...
Infertility itself is the inability to achieve pregnancy, but is best viewed as a symptom of physical illness or underlying disease. The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System and NaProTECHNOLOGY® work together as two, allied, heath sciences that address the causes for infertility, whether they be sub-fertility, recurrent miscarriage, or infertility, in a way that is morally acceptable to people of all faiths. Artificial reproductive technologies are never used in our system, which allows babies to be conceived naturally.
In mainstream medicine, a couple is deemed infertile if they haven't achieved a pregnancy after a year of random acts of intercourse. 76% of the couples, with normal fertility, who use the Creighton Model to achieve a pregnancy do so the first time that they try. That number increases to 90% by the 3rd cycle and 98% by the sixth cycle. This means that with the use of the Creighton Model, which includes knowledge of the days of fertility and fertility-focused intercourse, a couple can assume infertility in about six months or six cycles. The time in which infertility can be identified is literally cut in half.
Couples experiencing infertility can expect up to 80% effectiveness in achieving a pregnancy using the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System, medical evaluation, and cooperative medical treatment with a trained NaProTECHNOLOGY® physician. NaPro is 1 ½ to 3 times more successful than in vitro fertilization in helping an infertile couple have a child. In regards to the many artificial reproductive technologies in existence (including, but not limited to: in vitro fertilization, intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection, intrauterine insemination, artificial insemination, zygote intra-fallopian transfer, tubal embryo transfer, and gamete intra-fallopian transfer), the CrMS cannot support couples actively going through these types of treatments because they are completely different philosophies from the CrMS and all-around incompatible. Artificial reproductive technologies cover up symptoms and seek to override a woman’s natural health and fertility with short-term, bandaid, fixes while NaProTECHNOLOGY® heals, restores, and cooperates with a woman’s natural health and fertility, providing her with real, working, solutions.
“Our infertility journeys motivated us to write this book as a resource to provide answers on the Church’s view on acceptable treatments but also to provide encouragement and hope for the rocky road of infertility”
